These terms govern all transactions made on Workbolo.
1. Customer Fees
Customers may post a job by paying a nominal amount. This fee is non-refundable unless the service is not delivered and after a detailed discussion with the customer.
2. Service Provider Fees
Service providers may purchase access to verified leads. These payments are non-refundable unless a system error is confirmed by our team.
3. Payment Methods
We accept payments via third party payment gateway all the disputes will be handled by the third party gateway provider and may take 10-15 working days to resolve.
4. Disputes and Chargebacks
Disputes regarding transactions should be raised within 7 days of payment. Chargebacks without communication may lead to account suspension.
5. Taxes
All fees include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
